Eroded & stratified limestone exhibiting features associated with different types of erosion, in particular aeolian erosion. The rock formations seen here are reminiscent of those on the left hand side of both 'Road across the Desert' (NMW A 17589) & Lle Cul (NLW PG04823).

A low cliff of sedimentary rocks with poplars and a flat valley floor visible in the far distance. The rock strata exhibit signs of differential erosion, much of it commensurate with aeolian processes. See also 4690/285.
