Carmarthen, widw of David Evan, deceased, and eldest daughter of William Thomas of the same, gent., deceased, William Morris of the parish of Llandilovawr, yeoman, and Mary, his wife and second daughter of the said William Thomas, and Martha Thomas of the said parish of Llansadwrne, spinster, third daughter of the said William Thomas, to John Williams of Dolecothy, esq., for the payment of legacies of £20 each to the said Mary and the said Martha charged by the will (14 Feb., 1712/13) of the said William Thomas upon a messuage and lands in the said parish of Llansadwrne bequeathed in trust to his son Thomas Williams of Llangadock, gent., and his brother Richard Thomas of the said parish of Llansadwrne, gent., and also for the payment of the said Anne Evan's marriage portion of £25 secured by bond.
