Testator willed and bequeathed:, to be buried in the parish church of Talley;, to the high altar of St. Davids, 4d.;, to Thomas William, my grandchild, two tenements and messuages of lands called Tir Brockin and Tir Bulch y rid, parish of Llansawell;, to Morgan William, my grandchild, a tenement and messuage called Tir Berth hire otherwise Tir Pen y Bont, parish of Llansawell;, to Elizabeth William, £40, which are upon the lands of John Thomas Moris;. Should the said Elizabeth die without issue, the said mortgage of £40 and their rents due to my grandchildren Morgan William;, to Elis William, one of the daughters of William Lloyd, £40, in mortgage upon the lands of William David Pruddergh;. Should the said Elis William die without issue, the said £40 to Morgan William my grandchild;, to Katherin Thomas, my daughter, £60.11s., in mortgage upon the lands of Rees Moris Jenkin;, to Morgan William Morgan, £5 with due rents, £3 being in the hand of Thomas William Morgan of Llansadorn and 40s. upon Francis Ievan Morgan and Charles David Morgan;. 40S. with their due rent to Morgan William Morgan, which are in the hands of William Hugh and John David ap Rees, being surety thereof;.
