A photocopy of a setting for voice and harp by Osian Ellis of an elegy, in 'cywydd' metre, by Huw Machno, written at the death of Bishop William Morgan in 1604; together with copies of typescript notes on the setting by the composer, a translation of the words into English by Dr R Geraint Gruffydd, a covering letter, 1988, from Osian Ellis to Dr Brynley F Roberts and the Order of Service to celebrate the 400th anniversary of the translation of the Bible into Welsh at Westminster Abbey, 1 November 1988, when the setting was performed.
