A notebook in the autograph of John Jones ('Myrddin Fardd') containing names of farms, houses, fields, etc. in Llŷn and Eifionydd, arranged under parishes, with some explanatory notes. Some press cuttings have been pasted in at the end of the volume, viz. 'Enwau Lleoedd yn Nantgwynant' ('Ystyron Enwau yn Nantgwynant') by 'Pwy', 'Llythyr o sir Gaernarfon 'by 'Senica' [sic], 'Llanddeiniolen' by 'Darius' or H. Hughes, Llanddeiniolen, and 'Taith i Ben y Wyddfa' by 'Seneca'.

A scrap-book belonging to John Jones ('Myrddin Fardd') containing notes and press cuttings relating to churches and parishes, etc. in Llŷn and Eifionydd, Caernarvonshire, with a few references to places outside that area, e.g. Abergwili, Carmarthenshire and Brongwyn, Cardiganshire. At the reverse end are copies of memorial inscriptions, a note on 'Ffordd Maughan', transcripts of two letters, 1860, from [Ebenezer Thomas], 'Eben Vardd', Clynnog to Mr John Roberts [?Sion Lleyn], and brief notes on mansions in Llŷn and Eifionydd, etc. Letter (?)
