Witnesses: David Holbache, seneschal of Powys, Hugh Say, governor, Mathew ap Ieuan, receiver, William Dolgare, Thomas Biritonn, David Brailles, Thomas Vichan, and Peter Barbour, clerk. Dated at the manor of Mathraval.
