Two successive mortgages by Pryse Pryse of Gogerddan, of Tythin Bryngwyn or Bryngwyn Ganol in the parish of Llanfihangel Genau’r-glyn,. The first, for £800, is to trustees of Elizabeth, wife, of John Pughe of Tynrhyd, 1829, followed by an assignment by her surviving trustee and beneficiaries of her will to David Pritchard of Ceniarth, Montgomeryshire, 1845. The second, for £1200, also including Cronwen, is to John Evans of Derwenlas in the parish of Machynlleth, 1845, with accounts and a schedule of deeds, 1615-1845, followed by a reconveyance by David Thomas of Derwenlas, surviving executor of John Evans, to Sir Pryse Pryse, 1876
