Caern.; Declaration that 2 shall stand possessed of a term of 200 years vested in them by deeds dated 30 July 1803 and 23 Apr. 1804 in trust for better securing the said mortgage to 5, and Covenant by 3 to assign a residue of a term of 5,000 years created by the will of the late Robert, duke of Ancaster and Kesteven, in 1779, upon certain trusts which have since been performed, to 7 in trust to better secure the said mortgage for 5.
