Attested Copy Will And Codicil of Sir John Wynn of Watstay, p. Ruabon, co. Denb., kt and bart (will dated 27 Feb. 1710/11, codicil dated 20 Apr. 1712). Devises man. Maynan [p. Eglwys-bach], co. Caern., and all his lands in p's Penmachno and Eglwysvach, co. Caern., and p. Llangernew, co. Denb., to Ellis Lloyd of Pen y Lan, co. Denb., esq., for life, together with the use of his household stuff and furniture in his capital m. in p. Eglwysvach; his larger tmt in Creoyse Enneion, p. Llansanfraid Glan Conway, co. Denb., which he purchased from William Robinson of Gwersyllt, esq., to [ ] Edwards of p.
