Montgomery, esq., deceased;. 2. Thomas Parry of Wrexham, co. Denbigh, gent. Lease of possession of a capital messuage called Clochvan Ucha, messuages called Ty yn y maes, Ty yn y Dole and Pant y Vedow, a water corn grist mill called Velin Vawr, messuages including those called Croesty, Allt y Dernoll, Rhiewydernoll, Rhiewlas, Gelly Vawr, Voel pey Pylwydd, Court, Bwlch y Garreg Ucha, Nant gwernog and Tyr y Llan, and several parcels of land, all in the parishes of Llangerrig and Llanidloes, co. Montgomery; a capital messuage called Rhydonen, one other messuage, a house or cottage with two crofts called Erw yr nant, several other messuages, and an annual rent of one shilling issuing out of a messuage in Bersham, co. Denbigh, called Y loft wen, all these last being situated in the parishes of Llanynis, Llanganhafal, Ruthin, Llanvorog and Wrexham, co. Denbigh; a capital messuage, mansion house and tenement called Plas Maddock in Ruabon, co. Denbigh; an iron furnace with smithy, buildings, etc., called Plas Maddock Furnace in Ruabon; tithes of corn and grain in the township of Christioneth Kenrick in the parish of Ruabon; a water corn grist mill in Trevor issa in the parish of Llangollen, co. Denbigh, called Melin y Coed; a messuage and parcels of land in the township of Christioneth Kenrick, closes in the same township called Y Coedmawr, Y Coed buchan, Erow Sheat, Y Cae Glase and Y Dole, a messuage and two parcels in Christioneth aforesaid called Tir Clach otherwise Tir Calch and Cae Vedwen, three parcels in Rhuabon called Gwerglodd Sarney, Cae Ucha and Cae James Issa, a messuage in Christioneth, parcels called Kenvaes Issa, the Great Medow otherwise Y Werglodd fawr, Y Derlluyn, Erw Streat, Cae bryn wyn, Tir y Gath, Y Kenvaes Ucha, Cae Buchan, Y Cae hir, Y Cae Crwn, Gwerglodd y Coed, Maes y Derwen, Gwerglodd Maes y Derwen and Llaesmaes y Derwen all in Rhuabon and Christioneth Kenrick, parcels called Werne Ucha and Tyre y Bryn y Scraff in Rhuabon, a house or tenement, a messuage called Plas Ithell in Rhuabon, and two parcels in Rhuabon called Gwer Glodd Tyr yn Bryn and Gwernganoll; all mines of coal and iron and other minerals of the said John Edwards, the younger, and Sarah, his wife; all other the messuages, etc., of John Edwards, the younger, and Sarah, his wife, in the parishes of Llangerrig and Llanidloes, or elsewhere in co. Montgomery, late the estates of Rice Lloyd, late grandfather of the said Sarah; and all other the messuages of the said Sarah in the parishes of Llanynis, Llanganhafal, Ruthin, Llanvorog, Rhuabon, Llangollen and Wrexham or elsewhere in co. Denbigh.
