Draft lease by Dame Maria Emma Elizabeth Conway Reade, wife of Sir Charles Stanhope Hoskyns Reade of Carregllwyd, Anglesey, Bart., to Rice Rowland of Llanfachreth, miller, of a messuage lately called Bedol but now known as Machraeth View in the parish of Llanfachreth, Anglesey (occupant named), in accordance with the marriage settlement of the lessors., 1883. Covenants relating to maintenance of cesspools and drains, painting and garden. Prohibition on sale of alcoholic drinks on the premises.
