St. Dogmells, one called Place Pen y Knook, lying within a close called Park John Lloyd, the other called Tir Wiott, lying together between the lands called Castell y Dryw on the west and so extending by the highway towards Bwlch Never and Gweyn y Telpit and thence by the church way eastward and so to the commons called Liccum (boundaries further described). 2 to hold the said two m's in such manner as one William Philip Roger heretofore did occupy them.
