Lease for 100 years from Edward ap Thomas of Bachymbyd, co. Denbigh, yeoman, to William Thomas of the same, yeoman, [his brother], of three bays of a mansion house wherein Margaret verch David, widow, dwells and nest adjoining to a parcel of land called y Kae vcha, in the tenure of Margaret verch David, two other bays of the barn thereunto belonging with a little cottage adjoining upon the parcel of land called Kae vcha; a close or parce of land called y Tair acre now or lately divided into two parcels, lying between the highway leading from Giffilliog towards Bachymbyd on one side and a parcel of land called y kae gollen ffrangeg on the other, a parcel of land called Maes annod at one end and a parcel of land called Kae yr groes on the other; a parcel of lands and pasture called y kae vcha in the tenure of Margaret verch David, lying between the highway leading from Pantglas towards Pen y Garth at the one end and y kae issa at the other, and the way leading from the said mansion house to the highway towards Pantglas [sic] on one side, and the highway leading from Giffilliog towards Bachymbyd on the other; a parcel of lands called yr accre gwtta otherwise yr acre fer in the tenure of Margaret verch David, lying between the highway leading from Giffilliog towards Bachimbyd on one side and acre pen y ffordd on the other, and Bryn banadlog at one end and the highway leading from Pantglas towards Pen y Garth on the other, which premises were sometime parcel of the lands and tenements of Evan ap Robert, deceased, in the township of Skibion, parish of Llanynys, co. Denbigh.
