(London, 1667, ESTC R19299), together with biographical notes, mainly in the hand of William Hall. NLW MS 776B is in a contemporary scibal hand whilst NLW MS 775B is in the hand of Katherine Phillips (information supplied by Elizabeth H. Hageman, June 2015).
