Memorandum book belonging, 1798-1838, to Jonathan Morgan, Pant-y-bryn, parish of Llandybïe, co. Carmarthen, farmer and joiner, containing farming, joinery and other accounts including payments to workmen, accounts of money loaned on 'Bidding Days', and accounts relating to the building of Bethel Congregational church ('Yr Hen Fethel'), Cwmaman, co. Carmarthen; furniture designs and specifications; recipes for colouring wood; and miscellaneous memoranda. Further entries, to 1883, by his son William Morgan and grandson Jonathan Morgan, both of Bodist Uchaf, Glanaman, co. Carmarthen, include rent, bidding and other accounts; and family memoranda.
