Particulars And Conditions of the sale by auction of a piece of land in Rectory Road, Cadoxton, in the parish of Barry, co. Glam., containing five hundred and fifty-one square yards. The vendors are the Barry Urban District Council. Also:. Memorandum If Agreement between the said vendors and Rev. J. S. Longdon, rector of Cadoxton-iuxta-Barry for the sale of the said piece of land for fifty pounds.
