Lease for ten and a half years of a piece of land containing one acre one rood and thirty-six perches forming part of the glebe lands of the said rectory of St. Andrew, with licence to work the lime-stone quarry within and under the said land. The annual rent is fifteen pounds; also royalties of eleven pence half-penny per ton of lime manufactured and four pence per ton of limestone obtained from the said land and not manufactured into lime.
