The dates of the several deeds herein described range from 30 July 1744, to 3 January 1815. The dates are from 1 Aug. 1708 to Decr. 1786. To the above are attached: 1. Copy of the Opinion of Chr. Wightman on Mr. Holland's Title to Teyrdan Estate. Dated: Temple, 26th December, 1786. 2. "Mr. Wightman's Queries answered." 3. "A Rental of John Holland, Esquire's Estate for 1786." In the Parishes of Llanelian, Llansaintffraid, and Bettws Abergeley. The total amount is £661-3-6.

Hesketh and LL.B. Hesketh, release to H. Potts, B. Kent and W. Rawstorne, certain messuages and lands in the parish of Bettws Abergelley, co. Denbigh, called Pentre Fwdan, Plasse Diron and Pen y Fordd Deg, in the occupations of John Wynne, Thomas Holland and Peter Samuel, and other messuages comprised in the marriage settlement of R. B. Hesketh with Frances Lloyd, to the third party, for the use of H. Potts, with provision that a statutory Recovery shall enure to the use of R.B. Hesketh for life, with remainder to the use of LL.B. Hesketh and his heirs, for ever.
