A true copy of the Deed of Conveyance, made by (i) Thomas Mason of the Green Fields near the town of Shrewsbury, co. Salop, Esq., and Harriet his wife; (ii) Cecil Forester of Rosshale, same co. Esq.; (iii) Edward Burton and Richard Scott, Esqrs., both of Shrewsbury aforesaid; of real estates and of Assignment of several sums of money in trust, whereby the 1st party assigns to the 3rd party, real and other property in the Counties of Denbigh and Flint, for the purpose of Sale, to enable them to discharge the debts of the said T. and H. Mason. At the foot is a Schedule of Debts to which the foregoing Indenture refers. Certified to be a true copy of the Original Deed examined, 16 October 1840, by George Shaw and George M. Salt, clerks to Mr. Salt, Solicitor, Shrewsbury.
