Notice given by William Montriou to and unspecified person to pay rent for premises in his occupation to the said William Montriou. The notice recites that by and indenture dated 1832, June 20, Edward Williams the younger of Mincing Lane, London, and Mary Anne, his wife, granted to the said William Montriou (of Staple Inn, London, gent.) an annuity of two hundred and seven pounds fifteen shillings for ninety-nine years if the grantors shall live so long, the said annuity to be charged on messuages and lands in the counties of Devon and Glamorgan.
