The original letter, dated 19 May 1873, inviting Caleb Williams to become the minister of Horeb Congregational Church, Dwygyfylchi, Caernarvonshire, together with his certificate of ordination, 23 September 1873, signed by eight Congregational ministers, including John Roberts.
