(further uses specified), and remainder to the use of 3 for life (further uses specified), that in 1824 3 mortgaged the remainder expectant to 1 in trust for T.A.W., J.W. and William, Earl of Craven, for £265, that the latter since died and by his will, dated 1825, appointed William Philip, Earl of Sefton and others to be his executors and that the will was proved by W.P.
