Lease for 50 years of a dwelling house lately erected by 2 at or near a place called Llyn Cymer, p. Cerrigydrudion, co. Denb., and the plot of land on which the said house stands (boundaries and access described), reserving to 1 all rights of common (if any) of depasturing sheep or cattle on the mountains or other unenclosed lands, and of mines and minerals; covenants relating to repairs and taxes, and that 2 will not attend the court leet held by Charles Wynne Griffith Wynne, esq., at Pentre Voelas, nor act as officer appointed by any such court, but will only attend the court leet held by 1 within t. Hiratheog, co. Denb. Consideration: that 2 has, at his own cost, erected the dwelling house mentioned above. Annual rent: 1/- during the first twenty years and 20/- during the remainder of the term.
