Appointment (Deed Poll) by Elizabeth Roberts of Knighton, co. Rad., late widow and relict of Robert Pynner late of Knighton, apothecary, dec., and now wife of James Roberts of the same, gent., of the sum of £300 specified in nos 81-2 payable two years after her death. Recites nos 79, 81-2, that the marriage took place on 13 Oct. 1741 but that there are no children nor is there any likelihood of her having any.
