Grant from James Boydell of Rosset, co.; Denbigh, gent., to William Boydell of Hawarden Hayes in; the parish of Hawarden, co. Flint, gent., of an allotment of waste land (17a. 2r.) in the township of Pentrobin, co. Flint, bounded on the south by the Bala road. Consideration, £160. Also an assignment from John Totty of Ewloe, co. Flint, yeoman, to the said William Boydell of a mortgage of the said property by way of a demise for 500 years (granted on 15 May, 1799, by the said James Boydell to John Williamson of Little Sutton, co. Chester, and assigned on 28 May, 1806, by the executors of the said John Williamson to the said John Totty) to the intent that the said term might merge in the freehold of the said allotment. Consideration, £201 16s 2d. Witnesses: Rich. Barker, Chester; W. Williams, clerk to Mr. F. E. Barker in Chester; Fra. Edge Barker, Chester.
