Assignment from Matilda Okell (late Matilda Dix, spinster, and administratrix of the goods of her father, William Dix of Chester, gent., deceased,) by the consent of her husband, James Okell of Chester, esq., and Gwyllym Lloyd Wardle of Hartsheath, co. Flint, esq., son and only child of Francis Wardle of Chester and afterwards of Hartsheath, esq., deceased, to Sir Stephen Richard Glynne of Hawarden Castle, co. Flint, bart., of three mortgages by way of demises for three several terms of 1000 years each of a moiety of a messuage and a parcel of land (2r. 25p.) in the township of Mancot, a parcel of land (1r. 26p.) in The Church Meadow in the township of Mancot, a parcel of land (1r. 11p.) in the township of Hawarden, and one allotment of land (1r. 36p.) in the township of Broughton, all in co. Flint; also an assignment from William Richards of Chester, esq., by the direction of Arthur Jones of Hill House, Swansea, co. Glamorgan, esq., to the said Sir Stephen Richard Glynne of the moiety of the said Arthur Jones in the said messuage and lands for the residue of the above-mentioned three terms. Consideration, £108 10s. paid to the said Gwyllym Lloyd Wardle and £108 10s. to the said Arthur Jones. Witnesses: W. Lewis, F. Davies, clerks to Mr. Jeffreys, solicitor, Swansea; John Philpot, Inner Temple; Ph. Humberston; Will. Williams, clerk to Mr. F. E. Barker, attorney, Chester.
