A scrap-book belonging to John Jones ('Myrddin Fardd') containing notes and press cuttings relating to churches and parishes, etc. in Llŷn and Eifionydd, Caernarvonshire, with a few references to places outside that area, e.g. Abergwili, Carmarthenshire and Brongwyn, Cardiganshire. At the reverse end are copies of memorial inscriptions, a note on 'Ffordd Maughan', transcripts of two letters, 1860, from [Ebenezer Thomas], 'Eben Vardd', Clynnog to Mr John Roberts [?Sion Lleyn], and brief notes on mansions in Llŷn and Eifionydd, etc. Letter (?) Some of the poems are in the hand of the compiler but the majority are in the form of cuttings, largely of the second and third quarters of the nineteenth century, with annotations from Y Drysorfa, Trysorfa y Plant, Y Gwyliedydd, [Y Tyst Apostolaidd], Yr Herald Cymraeg, Y Gwladgarwr, Yr Arweinydd, Y Greal [Llangollen], Y Dysgedydd, Taliesin, Goleuad Cymru, Baner ac Amserau Cymru, Y Cymro, Yr Anybynwr, Seren Gomer, Y Drych, etc. The spine is lettered 'Gweithiau Beirdd Lleyn ac Eifionydd'.

An imperfect copy, completed in manuscript by J. H. Davies, of William Roberts (O Lanor yn Llyn), Interlude Morgan y Gogrwr ar Gariadogs Neu Ffrewyll y Methodistiaid ...(Mwythig. Argraphwyd gan R. Lathrob .... 1745). Bound in at the end of the volume is a transcript by John Jones ('Myrddin Fardd') of 'Englynion o waith [William Roberts] Clochydd Llannor i'r gau athrawon neu'r pregethwyr sydd yn y Bala yn pregethu ag mewn llawer o fanne eraill' (cf Cwrtmawr MS 226, 28-31). There are some notes by J. H. Davies on the flyleaf.
