Devises the prebendal lease of Llandewyaberarth, co. Card., with all premises comprised therein, to his wife Anne during her life, then to his dau's Mary Anne, wife of Evan Rees, merchant, and Jane, in equal shares; bequeaths to William Morgan of Lower Market Street, Carmarthen, and John Stacey, mercer, of Lammastreet, Carmarthen, the sum of £1,166.13.4 (cf. no. 1307) upon trust to pay the annual interest arising from the said sum to his daughter Jane (further details given); bequeaths all his household goods, plate and furniture to his wife Anne during her life, then to his daughter Jane (excepting the plate which is to be divided equally amongst his dau's Mary Anne, Jane and Anne Eliza, wife of Evan Rees of Carmarthen, merchant); bequeaths sums of £5 to his eldest son the Rev.
