Judicature in the House of Lords,

A copy of a tract entitled 'The manner how the L[or]ds doe resolue on their Judgm[en]ts', being part of the fourth chapter of the second book of Henry Elsynge the elder's 'Modus Tenendi Parliamentum' The Antient Method and manner of holding Parliaments. This tract was completed at Cornewell on 23 August, 1627. Paper; 13 pp., unnumbered; 302 x 198; unbound.
