Writ of King James I directed to the sheriff of co. Carmarthen, quoting a decree of the Council of the Duchy of Lancaster, and ordering the sheriff to imprison divers persons named in a schedule annexed (No. 647) and to keep them in prison until they paid debts specified in the schedule annexed; to value the property of the persons named within his bailwick, and to levy the specified debts by sale of their property. The parishes named in the schedule are Lla[?nelly], Llanedy, and Llange[nech], Llandilo and Mannor Lleyes, Llandebie, Llanarthney, Llandarog, and Llanvihangell Aberbeithygh. Schedule torn.
