William Charles, Gwalchmai, about the year 1837, his son the Rev. William Charles, Dodgeville, U.S.A., gave it to the Rev. Thomas Charles Williams in 1883, he in his turn gave it to his friend the Rev. John Williams, Brynsiencyn in 1916.
