A further consignment of papers were recived comprising correspondence, minutes of meetings and financial papers. This group remains uncatalogued.

The file consists of the Parliamentary Debates of sittings of the Welsh Grand Committee and other official publications, discussing education, rural development, roads and communications, agriculture, proposals for local government re-organisation, the Welsh economy and the Welsh Council.

Papers of Ron Evans comprising party records of the Ebbw Vale Constituency Labour Party, subsequently the Blaenau Gwent Constituency Labour Party, 1951-1987, including a minute book, 1980-1983, correspondence and papers of and concerning Aneurin Bevan, 1951-1972, general correspondence, 1956-1982, and constituency subject files, 1954-1987, some of which contain papers concerning Ebbw Vale and Blaenau Gwent Constituency Labour Parties and Michael Foot; papers relating to local government, 1965-1987, and general elections, 1959-1987; correspondence and papers concerning the South East Wales European Constituency Labour Party, 1978-1987; subject files concerning matters such as Local Government Reform and Devolution, 1961-1979, Gwent Health Authority, 1973-1985, Heads of the Valleys Standing Conference, 1965-1980 and the British Steel Corporation, 1966-1977; together with miscellaneous papers and printed materials, 1944-1987.

The file contains memoranda, reports, circulars, conference papers, press releases, and the texts of speeches by Labour politicians concerning Labour Party policies in relation to Wales.

The sub-fonds comprises papers created and collected by Eluned Morgan in her role as lead for Labour Peers during the debates on the Wales Act 2017 in the House of Lords in 2016. The papers include drafts of amendments, speeches, reports and other supporting documentation, along with notes, correspondence and strategies for the debates.

The file contains a typescript copy of a research paper by Professor Charles Webster 'Devolution and the Health Service in Wales, 1919-1969', together with detailed comments by Lord Prys-Davies, and two covering letters, August 2000, from Dr Pamela Michael, University of Wales, Bangor, to Lord Cledwyn.

Material deriving from the 'Yes' campaign [the 'Wales for the Assembly campaign'] in the 1 March 1979 devolution referendum, and papers relating to the evolution and development of Labour Party policy on devolution between 1974 and 1979.

Most of the papers relate to the Labour Party and the 1979 referendum campaign. Also contains some of John Morris's notes for the speeches which he delivered during the referendum campaign.

The file comprises papers relating to a conference held by the Institute of Welsh Affairs on 20-21 March 1998 on the future National Assembly for Wales including agendas, list of attendees and papers relating to the structure and election system for the National Assembly, along with drafts and correspondence of a paper written by Paul Silk on the secondary legislative powers proposed for the National Assembly for Wales, explaining their significance and how they would operate.
