    Lease and release by 1 to 3 of the impropriate rectory of Llansteffan, co. Carm. comprising the churches or chapelries of Llansteffan, Llangynog and Marble Church [Llanybri], tithes, glebe lands, manors, impropriations, messuages, lands, etc., various fields (named), the site of an old house Llanwhibre in Llanybri, p. Llansteffan, a barn called Scyborwenn and the adjoining field (named) in Llanybri, a cap. m. called Maesllydan and several fields (named), parcels of land in a close called Penpark and wild grounds in the mountain (40 kivers or acres) all in p. Llanelli, and all other impropriate rectories, tithes, cap. m’s, etc. of 1 in p’s Llansteffan and Llanelli, together with all other houses, buildings, orchards, gardens, lands, etc. in trust to sell the same, to pay the consideration money for Maesllydan to 1, to apply the remainder as 1 and 2 shall appoint and in trust until such sale to the use of 1 and 2 jointly for life and after the latter’s death to 1.
