Lease for the term of eleven years of the two closes commonly called the Hall and Calf parks containing a little over four acres of land in the said parish, together with the north and middle meadows containing about twelve acres of land, and all their appurtenances. The annual rent is twenty-one pounds and six shillings to be paid at two specified terms. Right of re-entry is reserved to the lessor. The lessor may determine the lease by giving twelve months' notice to the lessee. English.

The annual rent is thirty one pounds to be paid at specified terms, one pound and one shilling in lieu of a heriot, one shilling at Michaelmas or carrying two horse-loads of coal to the capital messuage of the said Elizabeth Lloyd called Deriwth, two pullets at Christmas or one shilling in lieu thereof, and all chief rents, rates, and tanes charged upon the said premises. The endorsement recites an agreement made between the same parties on 14 July 1751 by which Elizabeth Pritchard takes Cadahoolls and Cadalwyd jointly with Langwith vane at a yearly rent of five pounds five shillings as from Michaelmas last past.

The annual rent is ten shillings to be paid at two specified terms, one couple of fat hens to be paid on the second day of February, and a heriot of six shillings and eightpence to be paid at the decease of each of the said lives. Right of distraint is reserved to the lessor. The deed is in the form of an Indenture Tripartite, the third party being Richard Sparks of the town and county of Haverfordwest, Alderman, whom the lessor appoints as his attorney to deliver seisin of the land to the lessee. Lease of one close of land, on which the said David Robert is now building a mansion-house, and commonly known as gardd evan lying in the town and parish of Llanelly, the lease to begin from the date of this agreement and to extend for three lives. The annual rent is three shillings and fourpence to be rendered at two specified terms, a couple of pullets of New Year's Day, one day's reaping of corn at harvest-time, ten pence in lieu of a heriot as often as it falls within the term of the lease, and sixteen pence for every stranger that shall happen to die upon the said premises. If the rent is unpaid for fifteen days after the proper term, the right of re-entry is reserved to the lessors. The leassees agree to erect a mansion-house upon the said land, and to hand the same over to the lessors in a good state of repair at the expiration of the lease. English. The endorsement is a deed of Bargain And Sale made by the said David Robert, the last survivor mentioned in the above lease for three lives, to Richard David, his son, of his interest in the said mansion-house and land. This is dated 8 June 1665. English.
