  1. Sir Thomas Stepney of Prendergast in the county of Pembroke, Bart;. 2. William John of the same parish and county, gent. Lease for the term of three lives, of a cottage and garden in the parish of Prendergast late in the tenure of Robert Prust, Alderman. The boundaries of the garden are specified. The annual rent is ten shillings to be paid at two specified terms, one couple of fat hens to be paid on the second day of February, and a heriot of six shillings and eightpence to be paid at the decease of each of the said lives. Right of distraint is reserved to the lessor. The deed is in the form of an Indenture Tripartite, the third party being Richard Sparks of the town and county of Haverfordwest, Alderman, whom the lessor appoints as his attorney to deliver seisin of the land to the lessee.
