Typescript draft by Ernest Lewis Thomas ('Richard Vaughan', 1904-1983) of his first novel, Moulded in Earth (London, 1951), with corrections by the author, being the final draft submitted to the publishers, incorporating a number of changes to the earlier manuscript draft (now NLW MS 14799C).

Notes made by Walter Davies on a journey undertaken on behalf of the Board of Agriculture through Brecknockshire, Monmouthshire, and Glamorgan [1811], and dealing particularly with the geology of the counties and with their agriculture and other industries.

Two volumes of diaries and journals of tours in North and South Wales kept by Walter Davies at various times between 1797 and 1817. They contain special references to agriculture and other industries, and most of them appear to have been used by him in the compilation of General View of the Agriculture and Domestic Economy of ... Wales (London, 1810-1815).

The fonds comprises minutes books of the Society, 1952-1997, and files of correspondence and papers, 1960-2001, together with a file of correspondence with the Inland Revenue, 1960-1961.
