'A poem in memoriam of the late Mr Edward Williams Cleveland Lodge Middlesborough.' This appears to be a prose translation of 'a Prize Poem at a competition, on New Years day, at Middlesborough, under the patronage of the Welsh Presbyterians'.

She is in a day or two to quit Lichfield for a considerable time, her health demands sea air, and bathing.

A sheet containing a continuation of the poem contained in 1(c) above and also other verses (crossed out) beginning, 'Y Rhobin Rhydogog siriol serchog' attributed to 'Thos. Wilkins Ffeirad Llanvair' with the further note 'Nage, yr Hen Dyle Garw ai cant'. There is also part of a draft of a letter to an unnamed person addressed as 'My Lord'.

A sheet of Welsh poetry endorsed 'Caniadau Iolo Morganwg 1797', but seemingly earlier in date, containing: (a) A poem in 15 verses attributed to 'William Robert o'r ydwal' beginning 'Y Deryn nad eurol (Y fwyalch dda fywiol) wyt iraidd naturiol ...'; (b) Verses beginning, 'Clywais gog adeiniog dyner' attributed to Ed. Dafydd o Fargam. (c) A poem (incomplete) beginning (?) 'Wrth rrodio'n y meusydd mewn llwyni'n dra llonydd ...'. Cf. MS 101, Item 22. Also on the paper is the address of 'Thos. Williams Marble Mason at Mr Joseph Prince Bricklayer at Mangwood More Critchel near Blandford Dorsetshire.' Poem (c) in continued in No. 2. Torn.
