20 mph Speed Limit

The file comprises copies of information leaflets sent by the Welsh Government to households in wales regarding the changing of the default urban speed limit to 20mph in 2023 along with leaflets circulated by the Welsh Conservatives in a local council by election in Mumbles where they made the speed limit a central issue.
