Plaid Cymru, the Welsh Liberal Democrats and the Green Party entered into a 'Remain Alliance' with the Welsh Liberal Democrats and the Green Party standing down in Arfon and endorsing Plaid Cymru as the best placed candidate in favour of the UK remaining a member of the European Union.
