Appointment by Elisha Blayney of Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, surgeon, and Sinah his wife, late Sinah Hudson, spinster, discharging the trustees of their pre-nuptial settlement. Recites the sale of part of the freehold and copyhold estates of Thomas Hudson late of Hemel Hempstead, dec., father of the said Sinah, to John Tomlin of Berkhamsted St Peter, draper, and that £325, a third of the purchase money, the share of Elisha Blayney and Sinah his wife, was laid out by George Hudson, the surviving trustee, and the said John Tomlin in the purchase of £410.14.10 3% consolidated bank annuities.
