1 John Winstanley the younger of p. St Mary le bone, Middlesex, esq., and Anna Maria his wife (late Anna Maria Cauldwell, widow of Edward Cauldwell, esq., dec., and daughter and only child of Thomas Clark of p. St John the Evangelist, Westminster, plaisterer, dec.). 2 Mary Tufton of p. St George Hanover Square, Middlesex, spinster. Appointment by Anna Maria Winstanley, by virtue of powers reserved to her by her pre-nuptial settlement dated 6 March 1781, for the payment of £1,900, part of her settlement of £5,000, by 2 to John Winstanley. Recites no. 62 and that £11,000 of the principal sum of £16,000 was the money of 2, that £5,000 was the money of Peniston, lord Melborne, and that £5,000 had been assigned to the trustees of the pre-nuptial settlement of 1, with powers to get in the money as soon as convenient and to lay it out in a freehold estate of inheritance. Endorsed: receipt of John Winstanley for £1,900 paid by 2, dated 19 July 1782, and receipt and discharge of Anna Maria Winstanley for £3,100 paid by 2, dated 3 June 1783.
