Correspondence, memoranda, reports and other documents, leading to the Board of Trade Order, 1915, to incorporate a body of trustees to form the Porthmadog (Harbour) Trust. The trust was responsible for the acquisition of the harbour, its maintenance, and improvements to the harbour and its approaches.
