Welsh periodicals

The series comprises papers relating to Welsh periodicals and include a letter written by the Rev. John Jones to Yr Udgorn, 1842; and copies of Y Diwygiwr, September 1838, May 1839 and November 1840.

Sermons

The series comprises six sermons, [c. 1862]-1916, including one which was delivered at the induction of the Rev. D. Cellan Jones as minister of the Unitarian Church at Merthyr Tydfil in July 1915, and two notebooks containing sermon notes and prayers. Also included is a list by the Rev. Simon Jones of sermons by the Rev. R. Jenkin Jones, which were published in Yr Ymofynydd.

Scrapbooks

The series consists of a volume of press cuttings, [c. 1889]-1941, bearing the name of Dr Goronwy Jones and containing, amongst other things, a series of 'notes historical' by the Rev. Rees Jenkin Jones on 'Old Aberdare', published in The Aberdare Leader, 1921-1922.

The series consists of scrapbooks containing press cuttings, 1807-1896, mostly relating to the Rev. Rees Jenkin Jones's frequent contributions as a newspaper columnist.

Pantydefaid congregation

The series comprises a statement by the Rev. John Jones, March 1833, 'of the origin and progress of the misunderstanding existing between the members of the once united and friendly congregation at Pantydefaid in the parish of Llandysul, Cardiganshire'. Also included is a transcript, in Rev. Simon Jones's hand, of one page of the statement.

Notes on Unitarian churches and ministers

The series consists of notes, [c. 1877]-1919, relating to the history of the Old Meeting House (Hen Dŷ Cwrdd), Aberdare; together with reports, 1908, from Unitarian churches relating to attendances; press cuttings, 1877, concerning the Llwynrhydowen eviction in 1876 and notes on ministers of Merthyr Tydfil and Cefncoedycymer.
