1 Sir John Salesbury of Lleweney, co. Denbigh, knight, chamberlain and Chancellor of the counties of Karnarvon, Anglesey and Merioneth and general receiver of the Queen's rents and revenues of the said counties and of the counties of Flynt and Mountgomery. 2 Sir William Norreis of Speike, co. Lancaster, knight, and Edward Norreis his son and heir apparent, brother in law and nephew respectively of the said Sir John Salesbury. Appointment of the said Edward Norreis as the deputy of Sir John Salesbury in the aforesaid offices and grant of the estate he has in the said offices by reason of the articles contained in the letter patent granted to Edward, Duke of Somerset, and Sir John Salesbury by Edward VI dated May 1547, to hold the same for the life of the said Sir John Salesbury.
