The leaves bear manuscript notes in the hand of Lewis Morris, including memoranda, 1729-1733, relating to the birth of the children of Lewis Morris and Elizabeth his wife, and 'englynion' ?to William Fulke.

Pemb.; together with photocopies of warrants signed by George IV granting pardons, on condition of being transported to New South Wales, to Thomas Hughes (passing counterfeit money), 1827, and David Phillips (sheep stealing), 1828, both committed to death at the Pembrokeshire Great Sessions.

Photocopies of four threatening 'Rebecca' letters (three in Welsh and one in English), June-Sept. 1843, sent to Daniel Harris of Pantyfen, p. Llanfihangel-ar-arth, co. Carm., regarding the payment of a debt to Gwenllian Lewis of Blaengors, p. Llanpumsaint. The original letters were purchased at auction (Peter Francis, Carmarthen) by the donor in December 1995.
