LXV, for uniting the offices of the Surveyor General of the Land Revenue and the Surveyor General of His Majesty's Woods, Forests, Parks and Castles; (c) 57 Geo. III CAP. XCVII, for ratifying Articles of Agreement entered into by the Rt. Hon. Henry Hall, Viscount Gage, and the Commissioners of Woods, Forests and Land Revenues of the Crown; and for the better Management and Improvement of the Land Revenues of the Crown; (d) 3 Geo. IV CAP. XXXVII, to extend the powers of the Commissioners, passed in the last Session of Parliament, for enquiring into the Collection and Management of the Revenue in Ireland; (e) 3 Geo. IV CAP. XLVIII, to enable the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to sell out certain Bank Annuities now standing in their names and to apply the produce thereof in part Payment of a Loan of Three Hundred Thousand Pounds due to the Royal Exchange Assurance Company; and to facilitate the Sales of Fee Farm Rents and of small portions of the Land Revenue of the Crown; and for other purposes; and (f) 10 Geo. IV CAP. L, to consolidate and amend the Laws relating to the Management and Improvement of His Majesty's Woods, Forests, Parks and Chases; of the Land Revenue of the Crown within the Survey of the Exchequer in England; and of the Land Revenue of the Crown in Ireland; and for extending certain Provisions relating to the same to the Isles of Alderney.
