Wynne to the editor of the Archaeologia Cambrensis (f. 73), and three letters, dated 7 May - 15 August 1869, from Robert Williams, Rhydycroesau, Oswestry to W. W. E. Wynne concerning the proof-reading of the text (ff. 74-6).

A copy of W. W. E. Wynne's 'Catalogue of the Hengwrt MSS at Peniarth' published in Archaeologia Cambrensis 3rd series, vol. XV (1869), pp. 209- 25, 352-78; 4th series, vol. I (1870), pp. 73-100, 324-40; vol. II (1871), pp. 101-39, and 'Catalogue of the Peniarth MSS', 3rd series, vol. VII (1861), pp. 164-8, marked-up with J. Gwenogvryn Evans's revised Peniarth manuscript numbers and with valuations of the manuscripts.

The manuscript is divided into two sections: the first comprises poetry taken from the Black Book of Carmarthen; the second comprises Rhandiredd; various indices; and the beginning of a Heraldic Dictionary.
The manuscript is in several hands: pp. 1-28 (part i) are in the hand of Roger Morys; pp. 1-45 (part ii) are in the hand of John Jones of Gellilyfdy; pp. 67-89 (part ii) are in the same hand as Peniarth MS 114; pp. 91-106 (part ii) are in the hand of Robert Vaughan; and pp. 107-8 (part ii) are in the hand of William Maurice of Llansilin.

The manuscript is in two parts. The first part comprises charms, directions on how to make circles, a copy of John Leland's Epigrams, problems, memoranda, Welsh verses, and a list of owners of Welsh manuscripts, apparently compiled by John Jones, Gellilvydy about 1611. The second part is a fifteenth-century treatise on palmistry, with diagrams.

The two-part manuscript is in the hand of Robert Vaughan and comprises three transcripts of John Stow's copy of the Collectanea and Itinerary of John Leland, having two transcripts in the first part and one in the second.
