Treloar v. Taylor,

Papers relating to an action in the Exchequer of Pleas between Thomas Treloar and Griffith Morgans (plaintiffs) and John Taylor (defendant). The defendant was partner and active manager of the Lisburne lead mines; the plaintiffs were let a patch or bargain from Tynyffordd West pass(age) to Frank Pront's East, from the deep level to 34 fathom (elsewhere 36 and 44 fathom), and accused of working outside of their limits. Includes three copies of a section of the disputed ground, 1860.
