Release (lease to vest possession not found) by William Tusker of Haverfordwest, gent., and others, to Thomas Whitton of Ramsey Island, gent., being a mortgage of messuages and lands in the townred and fields of 'Tretio Vawr', July 1727; a computation of Treteio, belonging to Thomas Whitton, esq., comparing Henry John's and Thomas Lewis's measurements of 92 parcels of land, [mid 18 cent.]; an exchange and division of lands in the townred and fields of Treteio (map attached, scale 6 chains=1 inch) between Owen Perrot Edwardes of Haverfordwest, clerk, William Jones of Llether, p. Brawdy, esq., Thomas Whitton of Haverfordwest, gent., George Harries of Treg[illegible]t, esq., William Meyler of Tremynydd, p. St Davids, gent., Sir Richard Philipps of Picton Castle and others, being the major part of the trustees for the disposal of Dr Jones's charity, and John Harries of [illegible], all co. Pemb., Jan. 1771; a lease for three lives by Thomas Whitton of Haverfordwest to William Mortimer of St Davids, both gents, of the messuage and lands in the townred and fields of Treteio, Dec. 1771; accounts of work done on Mr Whitton's estate at Tretio, 1773; copy will and codicil (both dated 1774) of Thomas Whitton of p.
