Plan and Particulars of a Compact Freehold Estate situate in the parishes of Llanfihangel Glyn Myfyr and Llangwm in the county of Denbigh, sold by auction by Mr. Ormiston at the Owen Glyndwr Hotel, Corwen, 6 August 1858. The property is situated between the village of Bettws Gwerfil Goch and the Holyhead road, about four miles from Corwen, and is surrounded by the lands of Lord Bagot, J.P. Williams, John Wynne, Mr. Roberts and others. The eleven lots are named: (i) Tir Barwm Bach; (2) Llwyn Lloiau; (3) Cae isa; (4) y ddol; (5) Hendre Llysan; (6) Cefn Ceirch Bach; (7) Ty Cerrig Llysan; (8) Pant yr Afallen; (9) Bron-a-dyr-erydr; (10) Hafodty Llysan; (11) Llysgain.
