Grant in fee farm of six acres of land lying in the township of Lleweny in the commot of Issalet in the lordship of Denbiegh between the land of Robert ap Ievan Bonvill on one side and the land of Peter Lloit on the other side, one end abutting on the land belonging to the monastery of St Mary the Virgin in the vill of Denbiegh and the other on the common pasture called Lleweny Grene, and two acres of land called Wilet Croft lying in the said township between Lleweny Grene on all sides. Rent: 4s. 11d. to the said William and Mary and 16d. to the King. Witnesses: Thomas ap Robert ap Meredith, John ap Robert ap Ievan and John ap Thomas Moris. [3.181] Latin.
